I know how difficult it can be to feel like you belong and matter. This feeling can make hard experiences seem overwhelming. Maybe the hard things you're holding are a challenging psychedelic experience, or struggles with a traumatic event. Maybe you're feeling stuck, struggling with meaning-making, questioning your sexuality or gender, or feeling not "good" enough. Whatever brings you to therapy, together we can create the space for you to feel truly seen and understood.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate who specializes in psychedelic integration, trauma, sex and sexuality, relationship concerns, and LGBTQ+ issues. I see individuals and couples and am consensual non-monogamy and kink affirming. My work is rooted in relational therapy, which means that I believe that powerful healing and growth happen in and through trusting and genuine relationships, including the therapist-client relationship. I use several approaches to therapy which focus on the body, attachment science, and our emotions. I won't offer any "quick-fix" solutions, but I will journey with you through the deep personal work of unlearning what we've been taught and challenging the impacts of oppressive systems.
